PONOVA VAS HOUSES
In the fall of 2022, the construction of three independent residential houses will begin in Ponova vas.
The buildings will be floor plans P+N+M, with an approximate usable area of 260.0 m2.
The construction location is a 10-minute drive from the center of Grosuplje and offers an authentic rural environment with the possibility of quick access to all important infrastructure and AC connections.
Wooden skeleton construction will be used and high energy efficiency will be achieved by installing quality materials and products. In the green environment, the associated areas will be nicely arranged and used for the highest possible comfort of living.
DUPLEX AND TWO DOUBLE BEDROOM BUILDINGS
We are starting the construction of three residential buildings in the village of Polica. There will be two units on two floors (double) and 2×2 units in building A and B. Polica is located 10 minutes drive from the center of Grosuplje and offers a quiet and green environment with quick access to all important offices and AC connection. The technology of wooden skeleton construction and efficient use of energy, which is becoming our trademark, will also enable these buildings to achieve the highest energy classes. You can see the layout of the rooms on the attached floor plans. In addition to landscaped terraces and parking spaces, many green areas will also be preserved.
DUPLEX BRINJE, GROSUPLJE
Another twin unit on two floors is available in the center of Grosuplje.
Attractive and high-quality skeleton-passive construction, taking into account the principles of efficient use of energy, offers a comfortable stay in efficiently arranged spaces with associated parking spaces and greenery.
The interior is finished with floor coverings, ceramics and sanitary ceramics and is ready for furnishing.
THE SUNNY COURT
We are planning to build two multi-apartment buildings in Brezje near Grosuplje.
With high-quality skeleton construction, taking into account the principles of passive construction and efficient use of energy, we will offer 36 apartments for sale, expected to be occupied at the end of 2021.
In the basement of the building there will be parking spaces and storerooms, and on the floors from the ground floor to the 3rd floor (attic), which will be interconnected by an internal elevator, there will be apartments ranging in size from 35m2 to 85m2.
The surroundings of the new building will be arranged with additional parking spaces and green areas.
VILA BLOK HREN II, KADUNČEVA CESTA, GROSUPLJE
We present to you a new multi-apartment building that will grow in the center of Grosuplje, in the immediate vicinity of all important social infrastructure locations (school, kindergarten, health center, pharmacy, shops, administrative unit...).
There will be 6 apartments in the estimated size of 55 m2 and 66 m2
from the 1st to the 3rd floor, and 2 business premises
The building will be built in an energy-efficient way (class A1) with modern and high-quality materials, an internal elevator, storage rooms in the basement and its own parking lot with secured access.
The heating (floor) will be arranged with ``air-water`` heat pumps (each unit has its own), active cooling with convectors and forced ventilation with recuperation.

The exterior of the multi-apartment building will be attractive by following trendy guidelines, the entire appearance will be rounded off with a well-kept environment, which will include grass and the planting of ornamental trees.
