Residence Moela apartments combine modern timber construction, high energy efficiency, and carefully selected technical features for year-round comfort.
Construction
The building is made of cross-laminated timber (CLT) and designed as an A1-rated passive building. It includes elevators, outdoor parking, and an underground garage. Parking spaces and garages are available at an additional cost.
Heating & Cooling
Each apartment has its own heat pump for heating and hot water. Underfloor heating and a Mitsubishi air conditioning system with Wi-Fi control are included.
Windows & Doors
Triple-glazed aluminium windows with motorized Z-blinds and pre-installation for insect screens. Apartments also feature interior doors and security entrance doors.

A combination of ceramic tiles, vinyl flooring, and parquet is used depending on the purpose of each room.
